How do I know how much gas in in my tank?
There is a contents gauge on every bulk gas tank we supply. They look like this. The contents gauge usually reads from 5% to 95%. We only ever fill a tank to 85%. If you are a customer who requests an order, we always say that you should give us a call when the tank is down to 30% and we will arrange a delivery.

How do I know how much gas is in my gas bottle?
You can slowly pour a jug of hot water (do not risk burning yourself by using water which is too hot) down the side of a gas bottle. In some cases, a line of condensation will appear showing the gas level. If a line doesn’t appear, you can wait for a few seconds and run your hand down the same side of the bottle you poured the water down, when you feel a change of temperature this can indicate the level of gas in the bottle.

The maximum length our tanker hoses can reach is 38 meters. When making a delivery the driver should have a line of sight between the tank and tanker.
When should I order my gas?
Bulk customers who phone us to order should ring when their tank is on no less than 20%. Cylinder customers with a changeover valve should phone as soon as they see that the cylinders on one side are empty.
Can I put something around my cylinder to hide them?
Cylinders can be hidden from view as long as there is adequate ventilation around the cylinders at all times, and as long as we still have enough room to change the cylinders over when making a delivery. Please get in touch if this is something you would like to do and we can talk through the best options.
Can I screen my tank from view?
A screen can be used to obscure a tank from view, however this can only be located on one side of the tank. Any screen should not affect the ventilation around the tank, and should be located at least one meter from the tank. Please get in touch if this is something you would like to do and we can discuss possible options.
Do you service and install boilers?
